From 3 p.m., you can finally go upstairs. Each floor bears a name borrowed from creations by pastry chef Christophe Felder. Spices and flavors under the rooftops, orchard fruits one level below, sweet ideas elsewhere. The colors change from one landing to the next, softer as you go down, warmer under the attic.
